Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Request a Return

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

Ship the item back using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges

Exchanges are processed based on product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us immediately at info@codeblx.store with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
