Refund Policy

At CODEBLX™ we take pride in delivering high-quality apparel. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at info@codeblx.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed based on product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us immediately at info@codeblx.store with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
